The Pine is partnering with Five Points Bottle Shop and award-winning Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Glenmorangie, for an evening of inspired cuisine and refined pairings led by Glenmorangie and Ardbeg Ambassador, Rachael Ewing.
The Pine will serve a three-course dinner to complement the smoky notes of the scotch whisky, featuring tastings of Glenmorangie, Glen Quinta Ruban, Glen LaSanta Glen Nectar D’Or, Glen 18 Years, Ardbeg 10 Years, Ardbeg Uigeadail, and Ardbeg Corryvreckan.
At 25 years old, Rachel is one of only two women in the U.S. to call herself a ‘Scotch Sommelier’.
At just $50 per person, this will be a remarkable evening for a chance to taste 8 distinguished single malts . (One bottle alone, if purchased, is over $400.)
